Policy on Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified at least two days before the Pooja event. Cancellations made within two days or 48 hours of the event will not be refunded. Poojas that are canceled on that particular day within that muhurth hour due to whatever reason on the part of the devotees will not be refunded. Cancellations must be sent to admin@onlineiyer.com or info@onlineiyer.com through e-mail. Subject to this Refund Policy, a cancellation acknowledgment will be provided within 2 working days, and costs will be repaid within 12 working days.
We do not accept refunds once an order has been completed if Online Iyer Powered By VGOSH INFO offers a Pooja Service. When purchasing any goods or services on our website, you, as a consumer, are responsible for understanding this return policy. However, we recognize that unusual circumstances may arise due to the nature of the goods or services we supply.
As a result, we honor refund requests for the following reasons: non-delivery of the goods or service: for example, if you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us due to certain mailing difficulties.
Although all goods and services are extensively inspected before delivery, unanticipated problems can occur from time to time. This reason needs to be approved by our Support Team (admin@onlineiyer.com).
