This Natural Right Hand Abhishek Shankh (Conch) is used for bathing Deity idols, Shaligram, and used in other Abhishekam rituals.

Dakshinavarti Shankh (Valampuri) is the symbol of Maa Lakshmi. Goddess Lakshmi is always depicted with Shank in her hands. It is widely used in ISKCON temples.
